The P365 XL has a more compact grip than 43x MOS by about 1/4" which makes a difference for concealability. I'm a 43x MOS guy (hence why I am on this sub) but because the magazine doesn't fit flush the grip is just long. Add an optic to it and the height of 43x is a lot. I've had all of the above.

Yes, if you buy the optic-ready p365 instead of the p365X you lose the flat trigger, extended grip, 2 rounds greater mag capacity (if applicable) and they don't stamp an "X:" on your slide. What you do get are options. Including recreating a 365X ... without the "X". 322, 365, 320, 226, 220, M400 ... whatever it takes.Specifically the Macro grip module with XL slide installed. From pictures it looks like the rail portion of the grip module is longer so probably not but wondering if anyone has checked. Pic rail throws it all off, the trigger guard on the macro is thicker as well. The after ported slide hands down runs better. Recoil is a lot softer on the ported slide vs the macro comped slide. Ported you get better recoil reduction performance and a longer barrel. There's no difference in length on those guns, one has a shorter barrel but the built in comp makes the slides the same size, so from a conceal ability standpoint it's a non issue.
