Daggers before melee 3.0, or even before the release of the parazon, were in a good spot. They had a gimmicky niche, and were in no way overpowered. My suggestion is to remove the health threshold on when impact status increases mercy chance. So when impact procs it will increase mercy chance by 10% regardless of enemy health. It can be capped at 50%, so at 5 procs we would have 50% chance for a parazon finisher. Fist weapons with Seismic palm with RMB+E combo. Claws with malicious raptor with RMB+E combo. Add other weapons to this list. Wikia haven't been much help.

Plus i don't know but finishers in general seems to be a lot buggier, i tried to run a mission as Gara and couldn't do a Finisher in a single blinded enemy. Also on top of that, the Mercy Finishers on Kuva thralls dont give credit to the Nightwave missions. Edit: You also can do Mercy Finishers with your Operator.

A way to refine this would be, to actually have normal melee like we used to have in melee 1.0 and then having the animations for finishers.
