Toyota rav4 not starting no crank.

Here is the history and what happened. -car went in for service and MOT with local Toyota garage September this year - no major issues and car returned. Rear tyres and brakes replaced.If you have no voltage at pins 1 or 5 of the starter relay with key turned to START then check the Black-White wire from the ignition switch at the firewall. If it was the immobilizer you would not be able to start it. TL;DR: I have a 2008 Toyota Sequoia 5.7L with a fully charged battery that has a no crank no start condition. When turning the ignition, the starter make a single loud click. Same thing happens when using a jumper wire to bypass the starter relay. This is my primary concern.
