There are MANY carriers that, for example, were let's say a 53:24 to54:35 hours before the initial RRECS count . Then , that route which WAS evaluated at 53:24 to 54:35 standard hours came back at 44:11 to 45:15 standard hours. Fast forward to this recent count and that same route came back at 47:28 to 48:32 standard hours.Talk about slow mail, but this is ridiculous.
