I suspect the new 1 second verification time for rrecs stems from watching carriers find the first letter for an address and then jump to the last letter for that address without verifying any in-between letters. I frequently pickup misdelivered mail for bigger volume stops because the rcas just jump to the last letter.This time basically goes away in RRECS I'm leaving this program w/o scan time, because that's the way it's listed in the study comparison. That's 3 hours 48 minutes gone weekly in small parcels and scan time. For large parcels instead of 48 seconds each, I will probably get around 3 minutes each. 2 min 12 sec more. 120 weekly x 2:12 is a 4 hr 24 min increase. For a grand total 36 minute increase in parcel time including scans.
