To answer your question, when I'm not running the water full on, instead of the water coming from the expansion tank until pressure decreased to a certain point, and the pump cycling on to recharge, the pump short-cycles every couple seconds, depending on the flow. Washing my hands the pump may cycle 30 times for a couple seconds each time.

The impellor and gasket were Thetford part #70475.
