They care nothing about the workers or family. McLane sucks as a Truck driver we worked over 20hrs no Family time. Then would call us at 1am in morning requesting can I come back after working over 20hrs. The pay is ridiculous no bonus piece paper for recognition and again you basically work for free.

Better get good sleep at home because sleeping in the truck sucks. Get used to working “off the clock” of your not clocked in and get injured it’s on you.
