KotOR 1 and 2 should as is, but SWTOR and its additions (e.g. Shadow of Revan, Tenebrae/Valkorion, etc.) and all the decisions made at/after SWTOR about what was canon in KotOR 1 and 2 (e.g. that Revan was a light-side male and the Exile a light-side female) should not be made canon.

Kotor 1 got the ball rolling even though I'd consider it the more traditional SW story of the 2, while Kotor 2 takes this idea and creates the character of Kreia who quite literally sees the conflict between both sides as never ending and pointless.
