Having played a druid for 14 years and then main changing to a shaman, all I can say is, in today's live raid game Druids are way better at DPS then healing. That being said if you go to the EQ freelance forums you will find, a Druid Guide (Raid setups & basic overview). It's 2 years old but it covers the basics and has a lot of good information.
