Chattering Bone could be neat, but you'd be giving up Headseeker in the same column. I highly advise against that, Headseeker is basically a mandatory perk on pulses. I have no clue if Transfiguration is ever a good play, I'm not too familiar with Scouts. However, KT in that 4th column has HIGH competition (Moving Target, Opening Shot ... Kill Clip/Kinetic Tremors would be the play for PvE. Total god roll would be crafted with a reload masterwork, Arrowhead, Flared Magwell, KC/KT in my mind. I am not a huge fan of Kill Clip and another damage perk in PvE only cause I am lazy. I personally went Rapid Hit/Enhanced Kinetic Tremors, since it activates in three bursts instead of four.

Chattering bone can now be crafted with both kill clip and rampage. Because it is craftable, means you can get enhanced perks for increased perk overlap time. I don't think it will be meta but looks like it could be fun to use in 6's. Lightweights have never been great in PvP due to higher TTK than other archetypes.A recoil direction stat of 60 will go right, 70 will go left, 80 right, 90 left, and 100 will be almost perfectly vertical. The difference between say 70 and 90 is the recoil is much more vertical in 90's case. For example, Redrix's Broadsword has a recoil direction of 75, which is somewhat vertical.
