When I plug in the charging cord, a white stable light is shown initially, but then it goes off. After 2 or 3 seconds, there are 4 patterns of white and orange light blinking. Below are the light blinking patterns that continues in a loop with a 2 or 3 seconds gap: 1. White and orange. 2. White and orange and white. 3. Orange and white.

I have this pc dell 9020 small form factor, At everytime I try to turn on, there is amber light blinking 2-1, then I remove the power plug and hold the power button for 15-20 sec , then I connect it again and it worked. As fun as it is to do everything at once, a good rule of thumb is to install one piece at a time and see if PC works. Back off one piece at a time and see if that gets it working again.
