You CANNOT have a Defences % substat on any of the 2/4/6 runes because that's the main stat. For sub 1min teams, they have to nuke the boss before it gets immunity, or have a strip with good ai so it actually strips when the immunity comes, which requires pretty crazy runes for db12.
