Small sized games like under 2gb will download with no problem, but bigger sized games will get maybe 25% downloaded and then just stops. If you're trying to not get sysnand banned, you should definitely only run Tinfoil's installer on emunand, since the games it installs (and possibly even Tinfoil itself) can flag you for a ban. K so I put the switch into airplane mode and was able to load tinfoil and delete the shops I had. Pengu and stealth shop were the only two I had incase anyone was wondering.
