Bullpups IMO need to be 14" at a minimum. The whole point is to make a long barrel into a more compact, but balanced package. Something like this is just sacrificing ergonomics needlessly and isn't much of an improvement over the original. However I bet these guys would sell well in the Middle East.

Your next step up would be to buy the Gundy Shop picatinny rear plate on eBay, which has a QD cup or you can mount one to the picatinny. Easiest option - Magpul RSA QD mount on the rear-most top rail. You could also buy a 1913 brace/stock adapter and then you'd have a place to mount on on the very back.
It gives you more real estate for lights and such on the side. I don't use it for sights as I use the back up that comes with it. My main optic is a red dot so the plastic sight is just there, just in case.
