It is listed under the weapon skills. Being a weapon skill, it has no skill books. This mod should work with any modded vehicle, and with any scripts that repair vehicles on the fly.EWC 2.0 should be compatible with all modded cars! (unless someone did something really crazy 😉 ) In particular this means that all modded cars will be impacted by Capacity Multiplier and Capacity Loss Multiplier.Also there should be no more clashes with mods modifying vehicle files (like Refrigerated Spiffo Van and Vanilla Vehicle Enhancer), because EWC 2.0 does not modify these files.What does this mod do? The mod only affects the texture files of the original cars, replacing them, so don't be surprised if you notice that the cars will be covered with snow in summer.
