AFAIK, no PC video card has ever supported CEC. PC monitors just go into standby mode whenever they lose HDMI signals. LG TVs will show paintings for a while when this happens, allowing them to wake-up after short periods, but after a few mins, they turn themselves off (instead of standby), causing the issue.This afternoon came back to my tv and got this message when I tried to start Plex "service of this app has been discontinued".
