Is the darkmoon greatsword good.
The weapon has a decent speed in Elden ring(I compare to the royal greatsword, my main weapon because weapon art) but damage isn’t that good compared to 100% physical greatswords. Although it does amazing frostbite damage and has decent range because of projectiles so overall it’s pretty good but could be better.

It's not too complicated there are four damage stats str, dex, int, and fth pick the weapons that have the highest based damage and scaling based on the damage stat you chose for str man serpent greatsword is pretty good but consider the great club really light for a 2 handed str weapon really high scaling and base damage and high poise damage, as well as a fairly low stat requirement to use.

That Greatsword is probably best for pure STR builds with your choice of Ash of War with heavy Affinity for grade A STR scaling. The Blade you can buy from Malikeths remembrance is fantastic as well, especially since it scales with STR and faith.
