I wanted to install a factory remote start system in my 2014 Charger Pursuit. Many people have had success buying just the remote start key fobs, programming them and adding the Remote Start option to the car using AlfaOBD and connecting pin 11 of BCM connector A to ground through a 1K resistor to simulate the presence of a hood latch switch.

Tank is 3/4 full and the battery should be good since it starts fine otherwise. Battery gauge on the dash shows 14.4 volts.
The dealer is getting in the mopar remote start for me to look at. From what he is saying it allows you to keep your old key fobs and gives you 2 new ones with the remote start option. The new fobs allow you to unlock the doors and starts the car. He also said that you can have up to 4 key fobs programed.
