Necro with full minion build + blood and death magic is still good, but as you said I believe it was nerfed a while back cause you could basically be unkillable with the lifesteal. U can in fact tank in raids but most ppl will not appreciate it unless its off tank on SH. But if u wanna tank on necro your best best is scourge.
