But, it wouldn't complain if they took the old S-FR concept (a lightweight, low power RWD coupe) and reworked it to make a Celica.

The stock gauge turns the needle to the 12 o'clock position at a certain speed (lets say 60mph), it is calibrated that the computer turns the needle straight up at 60mph. You just have to give it a power supply by tapping into the wires from the back of your stereo, then you unplug your radio aerial and the icelink plugs into where your radio aerial plugged.
