They been improving east hall almost every year. It's only one using keycard as room key. Some hall are built back in 1960 and still not renovated. Sometimes there are homeless people chillin outside or in the parking garage. There is little to no security, pretty much anyone can just walk onto the campus.

There's only about 400 students and nothing goes on. The clubs are limited and the only reason most people are here are because they offer hefty scholarships.
