A) Someone updated motor with newer carbs to get it to start B) Midsection has a later model powerhead installed.The only 3 things that would do that is. 1. the stop circuit, which you ruled out by disconnecting the black/yellow wire. 2. the stator, which you will go test. 3 The switchboxes, which are not testable. When trying to figure out a no spark on all situation it is a process of elimination. You start with the stop circuit, move on to the stator.
