There is no cooldown for this boss, you can spawn it as many times as you can craft the recipe. get min 30 of all skills first (Only if you can balloon to 30 fishing) Then get to lvl 90-100 class level and start the crystal/skilling switching. To give you an idea, i have a lvl 198 maestro with min 64 in all skills. At the moment i'm killing crystal mobs until i need under 2m xp to lvl all my 64 skills up once. While farming i also like to add in the skull statue for increased mob spawn. To increase the odds even more, in one of your card slots (with the double bonus chip) equipment chaotic chizoar for shrine boost.
