Att active armor not working.

I accidentally deleted the active armor app so I reinstalled it and now it won't stop giving me a notification that says "everything is okay!". I turned the relevant notification off in the settings. It is fully updated and I already forced stop and cleared cache.ACtive Armor not uploading contact. I recently changed the unknown callers to allow because I expecting an important call. Now when I try to change it back. to send call to voice mail. It says contacts uploading and is (Edited per community guidelines) on that.
