Both tests are positive, but the CT can be different depending on the time of the day you take the test, how much liquids you drank that day etc etc. Your pregnancy and baby are healthy unless a doctor tells you otherwise.

This does not necessarily mean a chemical pregnancy. 12DPO is still early so the fact you're getting dark lines is a good sign! You would need to test again in a couple of days. (Although if you're like me, you'll do it tomorrow morning first thing) to give yourself a clearer sight.
