From my understanding you yield about 1 oz dry per 1 qt of spawn...so if you do a 2sub to 1spawn mix say 10qt sub 5 qt spawn given average genetics you could expect aprox 5 oz or 140 grams. But I see this rule of 1qt spawn equal roughly 1oz dry...
