I haven't noticed much of a difference between the two damage wise. If you had to pick between the two, go with blessed.It is more of a dex weapon than str. But blessed works well too. If you want to use in as a main weapon i would change the stats to meet str req and put the rest in dex. Afterwards infuse it with blessed or lightning, dependend what is better.
