This manual alsop has the part numbers etc. as well. While you work on your laptop, take lots of pictures.

I have a Lenovo Legion 7 btw:) I run into this at my repair every day, it's not your hinges. Your hinges are fine it's the housing that the screw for the hinges go in. So either the bottom of the computer case needs to be replaced or the backcover of the lcd needs to be replaced. Parts and labor can cost up to $300-$400.00.

Legion 5 is great hardware wise but Lenovo has been known to have issues with their hinges. My Y50-70 had the hinge snap after a few weeks and they denied warranty. I had to buy accidental insurance for them to take it. Literally sat on my desk and lid gets closed after use and opened the next day. Never again.
