The Telly won't receive remote commands-either from the app or the website. The app also shows the Telly's correct location intermittently. I tried the typical head unit reset, app reinstall, etc., with no success. So I called Kia Connect. We discovered that the modem's signal strength /RSSI sensitivity is low (around -90 dBM).
