2510 Mule Converter Driven Pulley Disassembly. I have a 2002 diesel 2510. The spring in the driven pulley in the torque converter is broken. I have bought a new spring and other parts to overhaul it. Problem is I can't get it apart. I have a maintenance manual and I'm trying to follow the instructions there.

Common for them to become stuck open, causing hydrocarbons and moisture to build up in the oil as it never gets warm enough to burn it off. Kawasaki part number for the proper gear is 59051-2112. It can be ordered at any Kawasaki dealer or ordered online. Some dealers keep them in stock.
