It has some sort of motion sensor. The "low oil" alarm is for when the oil resevoir is low. I would immediately mix the fuel to 50::1, in case the no oil alarm is accurate, until you fix the motor.

If that motor is like my '98 Johnny 150HPV6, you need to pull the clevis pin under the carb, and slide the linkage to the left, to release the shift rod.
