The WSO and the WSP are the same thing and M&I is now called BIWS. So between BIWS and WSP, the more recognizable is WSP on your resume. However, I've heard that BIWS has a TON of content so that would be worth your money imo. Lastly, both have 12 month return policies so you should be fine with either choice. Wrong.

IB job market is not good right now and the standards are higher than they were in 2021, so you’d also have to get comfortable working in FDD for a year or two.
