You could be 250 ilvl and 2700 m+ score applying to a +2, but if a group of 4 people at 255 ilvl and 2800 score apply at the same time, you're going to get declined. But since blizzard in it's genius decided that failing a key deserved 1 loot for 5 players, the incentive to time key is sooo much higher now.
