If you have Tarrabah, that is also a good exotic option, but that's going to get its range nerfed at the same time Ikelos gets nerfed. You get up to three guaranteed red borders per week and thats for the account and not per class/character - one for completing normal, one for completing legend and one for completing the weekly challenge. You can farm as much as you like beyond that but it's completely RNG.
