I don’t think it’s the power steering pump, but it’s a similar sound, coming from that general area, but turning the wheel doesn’t have an effect on the sound - only pushing on the gas pedal.
In Video #1 it begins at 2 secs and ends at 11 secs when I turn the wheel straight again. Grinding hissing on right turn #1. In Video #2 it begins at 4 secs and again at 8 secs. Grinding hissing on right turn #2. In Video #3 it begins at 5-7 secs and again at 21-23 secs. Grinding hissing on right turn #3.
If the noise changes when you turn the wheel, it's probably the power steering system. It may be a bit if an apples to oranges comparison, but i had a power steering whine in my 09 volvo. I replaced the power steering reservoir and it fixed it. There's a screen inside the tank that was clogged and was restricting fluid flow.
If it's the I4, the rattle is most likely the VTC actuator. The Honda tech may spend time with it to bleed air out of the system- hopefully that will take care of the problem for you. They may even clean it up a little for you- if not, engine degreaser is your friend. If not, report back. The power steering pump can be fixed for about $20 in parts.
Check the fluid level and color- wipe the trans dipstick on a white paper towel, red is good, but if it's brown or smells burnt it's overdue for a change. If it's brown and yucky, you might have worn out the transmission gears by driving on old fluid. My 2005 does the same thing and it only has 110,000 miles on it.

If you belts are loose at all, it may take them a while to warm up and grip the pulleys the way they are designed. This may or may not be resolved by replacing the drive belt tensioner. Honda failed to tell you why they extended the warranty on the engine. It's becasue the oil is diluted with gasoline and your engine is failing. They need to replace the camshafts in the engine.
