Running QS with DH has worked for me pretty well in the last, but there are some situations where straight DH works better. Yes the summoned Scarlett witch synergizes with darkhold. I've tested darkhold with quicksilver verses darkhold with Dormammu. If you control dormhold properly with quicksilver it's an easy win.
