For most TFT sets, including every set that we have had, you never want to pop a tome with 12 traits in. You would rather manipulate your board to have 10 traits in for statistically better odds. The difference in probability for 8 vs 10 traits in is usually negligible enough (~1%) to warrant popping it even if you don’t have 10 traits in.

Tactics.tools is my favorite. I tend to use these tools for three things: to find the best comps after a patch, to get a quick read of the priority champions and items from a given opener, and to really look deep to find what makes a comp tick outside of game. Tactics.tools is the best I've found for those use cases.Yeah I kind of see DB as a damage crutch for early-mid game before Punk is stacked and GS would be a third bow item.
