the only reason youd ever want to convert phys to chaos is if you were doing a hit based chaos build. and theres much better ways to do that than conversion. theres tons of builds that stack phys as EXTRA chaos. because phys and chaos damage both poison. any pure phys spell pretty much works with pathfinder poison and getting phys as extra chaos.
