Welcome to 37s on a new rig. I have a 2022 with 3.55 gears, with stock wheels and 37 inch Cooper STT Pros (quite a heavy tire) and I generally see 14.5. I have 37s on mine right now. It has 2.5" ready lift all the way around. My 37s are on 20x10 Fuel Mavericks. Tires are Mickey Thompson Deegan 38s (they are called a 38, but are actually a 37). I have a 6" lift sitting in the garage, but i cant decide on a tire. I defintely wanna run Toyo MTs. Im debating between 37 13.50 18 and 38 13.50 18.3. Quality of ride. Your braking will take a small hit too. Acceleration as well in the 6.2L. Diesel probably won't feel it. You still feel it with the 6.7L - the sheer added weight of the tire will affect any truck. 37’s side by side with 35’s are noticeably bigger. 37’s side by side an OEM tire are mammoth.

FYI - Ford is putting a 35" spare under the new Tremor package trucks. So the weight difference you're talking is maybe 5-10 lbs. Carli arms really are more about bling than function. They are notched to give 1/2" additional clearance at full steering lock. This is completely a non-issue with greater offset wheels and 37s.
