When I look at various articles, it says implantation usually occurs between 8-12dpo, it takes an additional few days for hCG to reach detectable amounts in the blood, and then even longer for it to be detectable in the urine. This is definitely overly conservative, especially if you're testing with first morning urine and sensitive tests.
Im 12 dpo and have an extremely faint line in the test window. Its barely visible in general, but if i hold it outside in the daylight wham!
