The primary strength of Eleonora's is the weapon art (if you can call it a strength at all, it's kind of clunky), so there isn't a lot of benefit to running a second. I also generally think double twin blades is kind of a meme anyway, but if you wanted to use it, a different twinblade with seppuku would be much stronger.The strength of Eleonora pole blade is the ash of war and base bleed/fire damage. Godskin peeler is excellent but my favourite is Knight twinblade because it has great reach and scales with strength. Also blackflame tornado can be insane on twinblade once you find it. Twin-Blade and Peeler look the best. For power, you want Eleonora's if planning on using her skill with an arcane build. Its weapon art is quite op. High damage, bleed build up and very high stagger. Otherwise Godskin Peeler. Twin-Blade isnt bad either, but it has slightly lower dex scaling. I do know that the stats kinda reset when I put on the bloody ash to make it bloody.
