Yeah, the best moves I've been able to find are Wand and Weapon Implement with a passive for the third as needed. Turn one is Exploit>Strike>Cursed Effigy. Subsequent turns are Lightning Wand and a Thrown weapon. You could also take a Repeating gun and try to fish for the crit specialization as that also procs the Cursed Effigy debuff.They Exploit Vulnerability and learn it has weakness 20 to good damage.
