I thought Eleonora's Poleblade was a no-brainer for a DEX / ARC build, but I've heard some debate over the subject. A lot of people say the poleblade is only really worth it for the weapon art (I don't really like just spamming LT all day. I like my weapons to have more versatility), while the Godskin Peeler is better for raw damage and apparently procs bleed like crazy.
