I've read somewhere that the stock fork oil is a 5wt, though I could be making that up. I really like 7wt for mine though. It firms things up nicely without making it feel like the forks are filled with molasses. Dragging Knee > Wheelies. Stock weight is 5W. Some people go with 7W as it thins out over the track day and gives good feel with the suspension. 10W can be a bit harsh/hard feel. Just go with 5W and you should be good as light as you are. Pour in 2.8 liters without a filter change, or 3.2 liters with a new filter. I'm not real picky with filters, although I know I should be.
