When I went to the obelisk I couldn't transfer the tributes to the data tab. You don’t. It’s hard coded into the game to stop transfers. Just like element. They can't be transferred but wild dino wipes help with the spawn rate on The Island. One of the best spots for spinos on The Island is "black sands".
