The point of the ultrasound is for dating the pregnancy. Going off LMP is an estimate until you have your dating ultrasound. At 5+2 it would be unlikely that you’d see a heartbeat. In 2 weeks you should be able to see the flicker, keep in mind it might still be too early to HEAR the heartbeat. This is also normal.
