After about one minute of being out, I replaced the fuse, started the car, and all the AC and heater controls were working properly! Thanks for the help! Thank you. This worked. Drove me crazy. what I did to correct this was " using the Manuel radio knob go left arrow , then right arrow, then up the down. do this several times. press center to turn on and off. do all this serveal times to free up any sticking contacts in the switch. work for me. now radio works perfect again.

From the diagrams I'm looking at it appears that the blower motor resistor is not working and/or the climate control module has a short. I would recommend replacing the blower motor resistor first.
